Booking & Cancellation Policies

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policies.

Appointments are reserved especially for you, and we appreciate your understanding and consideration when scheduling or changing your visit. If you need to adjust your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

We request that you give a notice no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in the event that you cannot make it. If the appointment is cancelled on the day of appointment or the client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "no show" appointment.

A fee of 30% of your booked in service will be charged for the missed appointment. It is required to be paid prior to rebooking/attending any future appointments.


RUNNING LATE

Please note that if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, it will be regarded as a "no show," and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we allocate specific time slots for each service. Arriving late impacts not only your appointment but also those scheduled after you. Thank you for your consideration.
